1. The game and these terms
These Terms govern use of Rise of Tyrants: Age 3, operated by Gamefiar, LLC ("we", "us") from Louisville, Kentucky, USA. By creating an account or using the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the game.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Questions about these Terms, account access, or purchases can be sent to fury@riseoftyrants.com.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement and use the service where you live. Parental permission does not make someone under 18 eligible to play.
Use only accounts and sign-in methods you are authorized to use. Keep access to your passkey provider or any linked sign-in provider secure. Do not impersonate another person or give someone else access to another player's account.
We do not store a game password. Access depends on an available sign-in method. Optional email collection alone does not guarantee account recovery, and we may be unable to restore access without adequate proof that an account is yours.
3. Fair use and community conduct
You may use gameplay and automation features that the game intentionally provides. You must not:
- Access another player's account or data without authorization, exploit security weaknesses, or interfere with the game's servers or other players' connections.
- Exploit bugs to obtain unauthorized resources, payments, or account access; report suspected defects to support instead.
- Use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, spam, or deceptive purchases.
- Post threats, harassment, hateful abuse, unlawful material, or another person's private information without permission.
- Infringe someone else's intellectual-property rights or impersonate game staff.
Competition, attacks, and resource losses that are part of the game's intended mechanics are normal gameplay.
4. Chat and player content
You remain responsible for the content you submit. You give us permission to store, display, reproduce, and moderate that content as needed to operate and protect the game. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
Community chat and other public game activity can be seen or copied by other players. We may remove content or restrict access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or safety and security reasons.
5. Purchases and virtual items
If purchases are offered, review the price, currency, items, and conditions shown at checkout before confirming. Use a payment method you are authorized to use. External payment providers process payments under their own terms.
Game currency, resources, and entitlements are for use within Age 3. They are not bank deposits, investments, or a promise of cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside supported game features.
Contact fury@riseoftyrants.com about missing items, duplicate charges, cancellations, or refund requests, including your username and order reference if available. Do not send full card details. We will consider the circumstances and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights.
6. Development, changes, and availability
Age 3 is under active development. Features, balance, and availability may change, and errors, maintenance, or resets may affect progress. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular ranking, or permanent availability of every feature.
We will give notice of significant planned changes where reasonably practicable. Changes affecting paid entitlements remain subject to the purchase terms and applicable consumer rights. A planned feature is not available until it is actually offered in the game.
7. Suspension and ending use
You can stop playing at any time and request account deletion through the contact address above. We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate or address violations, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements. Where practicable, we will explain the reason; urgent action may be necessary before notice.
You can contact support to ask for a review of an account restriction. Account closure does not eliminate records we need to retain for legitimate security, transaction, or legal purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Rights and responsibilities
The game and its branding are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms allow you to use the game for its intended purpose. Any separately published open-source license continues to govern the code or materials covered by that license.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be error-free or meet every expectation. Nothing here excludes liability, warranties, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
9. Questions and changes
Contact fury@riseoftyrants.com to raise a concern or try to resolve a dispute. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or prevent you from exercising rights available under applicable law.
We may update these Terms as the game changes. We will revise the date below the title and provide notice of material changes where appropriate or required. Any acceptance required by law will be obtained before those changes apply.
